What customers say about Dew Spa
Dew Spa holds 3.3 stars from 7 Google reviews, and the five excerpts split between praise and complaints. Three are 5-star reviews. One reviewer from 4 months ago says staff treated them like a VIP on a first visit and reports that physical exhaustion went away after the massage. A review from a month ago describes very professional, very nice people and a good atmosphere, and says the reviewer felt better afterwards. A birthday visitor from a year ago calls the full body massage awesome and the place clean and tidy.
The critical reviews are specific. A 2-star review from 2 months ago calls the smell weird and the room not inviting. That reviewer had asked for soft to medium pressure and for focus on the neck and head, says the therapist did not focus there, and says they had to ask several times for lighter pressure because they were flinching. A 3-star review from a year ago calls the massage decent but raises hygiene: the bed sheet was not changed from the previous session and the mouthpiece smelled unpleasant.

The place smells weird and not inviting. The massage was ok, I had an awful headache which is what drove me to get a massage. My normal place was not open so I called around and found Dew spa. I asked the lady to focus on my neck and head but she did not. I asked for a soft/med pressure since I felt so tender but I had to ask multiple times for her to not be so hard I was literally flinching in pain at some points through the massage. These are all typical things I would normally just not even write a review over since it’s not that big of a deal BUT when the massage was over I got dressed and gathered some tip money went out to give her the tip and she was arguing with me to GIVE HER MORE TIP MONEY! I have never been asked by anyone EVER to leave more of a tip! It’s not like she just asked and I said no and that was it she continued to practically BEG for more money even after I told her it made me feel very uncomfortable that she would ask. I will not be going back.

The massage itself was decent, but hygiene was a major concern. The bed sheet was not changed from the previous session, and the mouthpiece had an unpleasant smell. This made the experience uncomfortable. Cleanliness should be a priority in any massage establishment.
